ABOUT
CASS

Cass is a queer non-binary babe based out of Brooklyn, NY. They have been baking their whole life, and been a vegan since 2002. They began High Treastess in 2017 when they realized the vegan baked good offerings around their neighborhood were lacking in quality and variety. Vegan didn’t have to inherently mean different or bad. They took it upon themselves to create something unique- something more accessible than what was being sold. Their philosophy to baking is to make their treats taste like any good pastry. Their specialty is that you can’t tell that their treats are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, or nut-free.
